How do I book an appointment?
Choose a service on Book a Visit. For massage, cupping or Reiki, call (630) 740-3143.
Which consultation should I choose?
Free introductory consultation: a first conversation about your needs and the services at Qi. Call (630) 740-3143 to arrange it.
$50 clinical consultation & treatment plan: includes blood-work orders, results review and the good-faith exam. The fee is credited toward a package purchased after your treatment plan is created. View consultation options.
Which building or unit should I go to?
Qi is at 12420 Archer Avenue, Lemont, Illinois 60439, with appointments in Unit A and Unit D.
IV drips, HOCATT, EBOO, massage and acupuncture are in Unit A. Hyperbaric oxygen and shockwave therapy are in Unit D. View the full service-by-unit arrival guide.

What should I check before my first visit?
Check your service, practitioner, appointment time and location in your confirmation. Preparation varies by treatment, so call the clinic for instructions specific to your appointment. You can also read the relevant service page before your visit.
How do I change or cancel an appointment?

Memberships & Packages
How is a membership different from a package?
A membership is a recurring monthly plan with the services and discounts listed for that plan. A package combines a set number of services for one package price.
Does each membership include the plans below it?
Each membership has its own included services and discounts. Choose based on the services listed for that plan; a higher price does not automatically include the other plans.
Can I discuss a package before purchasing?
Yes. You can purchase a package directly or arrange a free introductory consultation first. Call (630) 740-3143 if you would like help choosing.
Classes, Groups & Products
When are Qi Gong and sound journeys held?
Qi Gong: Wednesdays and Saturdays at 10:00 AM with Yaga Samitowska.
Ocean of Devotion sound journeys: special scheduled dates, approximately monthly. Call to confirm the next date. View classes and sound sessions.
How do I arrange a private group or event?

Where can I buy essential oils?
Essential oils are available at the clinic and through Qi’s Young Living shopping link. A one-time order is available; a membership is not required. Online purchases are completed on Young Living’s website.
